Office Manager
Position Duration: Permanent Placement
Position Purpose: Responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Duties: Proofreads and edits documents; Archives records & documents;
Updates and maintains accounting records
; Enters data into spreadsheets and database; Answers phones and directs calls; Manages and processes small payroll;
Produce financial statements and prepare reports and summaries for supervisors and managers;
General office duties to include copying, scanning, filing and greeting clients and the public.
Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred; proficient with Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database programs; excellent writing and proofreading skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multitask; must possess very strong interpersonal communication skills.
