Long Range Planner / Scheduler

Location: Anchorage and the North Slope of Alaska

Duties:    Serves as an integral part of the Maintenance and reliability team that provides maintenance services to all of Company's North Slope operations ** Establishes and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), which is a master schedule of events typically greater than 1 year out ** Establishes IMS data and system (Primavera) requirements ** Works with consultants to design, install, and interface system as required ** Populates system data as required ** Identifies work by collecting information from various independent schedules ** Performs ROM planning of identified work ** Works with teams to establish ROM estimates for each major activity on the schedule ** Populates database ** Responsible for preliminary scheduling of activities ** Facilitates scheduling meetings with various teams for schedule refinement / alignment.

Requirements: 10 years proven track record as a maintenance planner / scheduler ** Experience as a team leader in heavy industrial facilities preferred (especially in Upstream Oil and Gas) ** Strong strategic, planning and co-ordination skills required ** Demonstrated record of success in the development, implementation, and realization of value from scheduling systems in high availability and reliability environments ** Must maintain continuing education in Project Management ** Proficiency with Primavera P3e software ** Training and continuing education in Asset Management Systems ** PMP certification preferred.
