Integrated Facilities Scheduler

Location: North Slope of Alaska
Schedule: ROTA (either 1-on/1-off or 2-on/2-off)

Duties: Works with a specialized team to establish and maintain the Integrated Facility Schedule (IFS) ** Supports development of the IFS data and system requirements **   Supports development of the collection processes (from interdependent supporting groups) ** Maintains the data collection processes ** Integrates schedule data from groups into the master schedule ** Adds the required site specific scheduling detail ** Identifies incompatible activities (Risks / inefficiencies) and other scheduling constraints ** Facilitates schedule leveling meetings ** Works toward the goal of risk mitigation and efficient work delivery ** Facilitates the schedule change process (to accommodate high priority / emergency activities that impact the schedules) ** Monitors schedule performance and maintains performance indicators ** Supports expansion of Integrated Facility Schedule and processes into all operating areas ** Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 10 years proven track record as a Senior Maintenance or Project planner / scheduler / Project Manager / team lead in heavy industrial facilities  (prefer experience with Upstream Oil and Gas) ** Strong strategic, planning and co-ordination skills required ** Strong communication and networking skills ** Proven ability to effectively interface / deal with difficult people ** Demonstrated success in the maintenance of scheduling systems in high availability and reliability environments ** Proficiency with Primavera P3 or Microsoft Project (Program development level) ** Continuing education in Project Mgmt Primavera P3e or MSP software training ** PMP Certification preferred ** Must possess consultative relationship skills ** Ability to self-direct work and stay focused on objective.
