Network Analyst & Help Desk Support


Duties: Verifies all nightly processes ** Prepares back-up tapes for storage off-site ** Creates, retrieves, uploads and transmits data files ** Responds to in-house help desk requests ** Processes system month-end reports ** updates procedural manuals ** Maintains company intranet site ** Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Strong experience troubleshooting individual PC's ** Prefer certification in CompTIA A+ and N+ ** Working knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino, SQL Server and EDI/Imaging ** Prefer CISCO IP Telephony experience ** Ability to work successfully in a very structured environment ** Process- and detail-oriented and task-driven ** Willingness to learn and grow

Wage: $45 - 50K/year with benefits
