HR Planning and Performance Lead

Duties: Oversee the HR Performance Management process, including the development of the HR Strategic Agenda, Performance Dashboards, HR Project Plans and management of KPIs ** Position provides continuity between the agendas established by the Alaska Business Unit and the HR function ** Oversee HR Reporting issues: Affirmative Action Plan, Alaska Hire, Training Requlatory and Compliance, Data Analysis & Trends, People Scorecards, Global People Data, HR Project updates, etc. ** Manage the Alaska Workforce Plan ** Oversee HR Headcount and Budget planning and tracking ** Act as the HR Communications Lead ** Supervise Payroll Staff ** Provide insights and recommend interventions via written and oral presentations.


Requirements: 10 years HR experience ** Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field ** Possessing high level of analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a desire to utilize these skills on a day-to-day basis ** Ability to proactively seek out and gather input from a variety of sources, through research, relationships, and influence ** Ability to manage projects and flexibility to meet mandated deadlines ** Ability to produce effective communications and presentations materials ** HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred ** Master's degree preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, temporary position, 6-12+months duration
