Executive Assistant

Temp to Hire

Duties: The Executive Assistant to the President provides administrative support and assistance to the President (and sometimes the COO) ** May assist the other Officers of the company with their administrative responsibilities as time allows ** Maintains minutes of the Senior Staff meetings and Executive Committee meetings as required ** Maintains the management calendar ** Tracks all Officers’ PTO and travel schedules ** Organizes meetings and arranges travel plans ** May assist operations staff with day to day tasks in their assigned areas of responsibilities and be involved in special projects of the Executive Committee as time allows ** Will be exposed to private and sensitive data and, therefore, must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.


Requirements: High School diploma required ** Associates or Bachelors degree preferred ** A minimum of 5 years executive secretarial or administrative experience ** Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Access ** Ability to prioritize and schedule his/her work load ** Strong and proactive communication skills ** Very professional demeanor ** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ** Must have experience with common office equipment (fax machine, copier, and color printer) ** If hired permanently, will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5 year background check, 10 year criminal history records check, and security threat assessment.

Wage: $17/hr to start
