Controller


Duties:  Oversees all financial activities associated with multiple Construction contracts ** Oversees the review of the bidding process and major assumptions used by the estimating group ** Maintains knowledge of all the key estimates used to accrue costs and revenue and ensures the timeliness of this information ** Participates in the due diligence of contract opportunities that deviate from the traditional Construction operations model ** Implements internal controls associated with financial activities throughout the Construction Division ** Assists with project analysis and management report distribution ** Actively participates in the due diligence process ** Designs and implements all required financial systems needed to support new operations **  Oversees financial activities associated with subsequent operations ** Facilitates an array of special projects that span the entire organization.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required ** 10+ years of Accounting experience **   5-6 years of management experience ** Proven track record of successful project implementations ** Extensive experience with Accounting requirements and internal controls associated with Construction projects **   Excellent written and oral communication skills a must ** CPA preferred.
