Contracting Procurement Specialist

Location: Anchorage

Position Purpose: This position assists and supports Procurement Professionals in contract document development and contract enablement including: system entry, formatting, editing, revision printing, assembling and distribution of written materials. Support the development of Procurement document management and collaboration tools.

Primary Responsibilities: Maintain task tracking/staus log; Create and route Contract documents for approval; Interface with Company's suppliers as directed; Interface with Company's internal groups; Provide Collaboration Site development and maintenance support.

Requirements: BS degree preferred ** 5 years of relevant contracts and procurement  support experience ** Oil and gas industry experience ** Working knowledge of commerical frameworks, forms of agreements and standard terms and conditions. ** Strong contract drafting skills ** Disciplined completion of all assigned tasks ** Very strong organizational skills including document tracking and administration ** Flexible and creative approach to problem solving**
