Customer Service Representative

Note: Will be trained into the industry-specific duties of this job

Duties: Takes customer orders via phone ** Identifies and corrects errors and discrepancies with orders ** Addresses customer inquires and problems via phone & email ** Enters orders into system **Maintain electronic catalogs ** Updates & maintains Excel spreadsheets ** Submits spreadsheets electronically ** Attends biweekly meetings to stay abreast of industry

Requirements: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel** At least 2 years experience in a position requiring a high level of customer service ** Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills ** Ability to multitask ** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions ** Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude** Knowledge of produce industry a plus

Wage: $14 - $15/ hour+ benefits
